Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange for a different color, size, or style. We offer a 365 day return policy, which means you have one full year to return or exchange your shoes. All we ask is that shoes are unworn and in their original packaging.

Print Return Shipping Label

We offer a discounted UPS shipping label for only {RETURNSHIPPINGCOST} per item. (Not available for customers in Alaska or Hawaii)

Instructions—UPS Discounted Shipping Label

1. Click the above button.

2. Enter your order number and fill out the shipping label form.

3. If you'd like to exchange your shoes, please tell us what you'd like instead in the "Comments" section. For more information on exchanges, click here.

4. Print the label and place on the outer packaging. Drop off your package at any UPS store or drop box location.

5. Check your inbox for an email, which will include a tracking number for your package.

Instructions—All Other Shipping Methods

1. Package your return and mail through your selected carrier. We recommend tracking and/or delivery confirmation for all return shipments.

Processing the Return:

Returns typically take up to one week to process. However, returns may take up to one month to process during peak holidays and/or seasons.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. For questions regarding this process, please contact your financial instution as we are unable to speed up the process.

Exchanges

Order the wrong size? Not loving the color? Simply use our discounted UPS Shipping Label to send your order back to our warehouse. As soon as we receive your shoes, we'll ship out your new order and send you an email with the tracking information. Follow the instructions listed above and please indicate what you'd like instead in the "Comments" section.

Expedited Exchange
Want your pair of shoes a little faster? Simply choose your new item(s) and contact our Customer Service Team. We'll charge you for the new pair and ship them out the next business day. As soon as we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your credit or debit card. Please note that if your exchange item is currently out of stock, processing and delivery may take longer.

Shoes4Souls Donation

Do you have extra shoes in your closet that you don't need? Send them along with your return and we'll donate them to Soles4Souls, a nonprofit that donates new or gently used shoes to those most in need. Manufacturer Warranty

As an authorized Dansko retailer, we are proud to uphold Dansko's manufacturer warranty. Dansko guarantees its products against defects within a reasonable period of time and wear. Please note that Dansko shoes are handmade, meaning that variations in size and width are inevitable and are not considered a defect.

If you're concerned that your shoes are defective, please contact our Customer Service Team. All items must be evaluated before a replacement is shipped or a refund is issued.
