Select
items from our online catalog using the pull-down color and size
menus, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts and submit
your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated
confirmation e-mail to verify your order. (Please note:
ALL correspondence regarding your order will be through e-mail.
To prevent any unnecessary delays, please make sure that the correct
e-mail address is entered.)
Within
2 business days, you will be updated on the status of your order.
If the item ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you
will be notified and given an estimated shipping date. All in-stock
and available items will ship the following business day via UPS
Ground Service, unless an expedited
shipping method was selected during checkout.
Total
processing time (including shipping) may take up to 10 business
days from the date ordered. If we anticipate any delays, we will
notify you immediately.
Please note: Orders
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority
Air. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping to these
regions.
To place an order with an international credit card, please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-1780. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time. However, international credit cards can be used to place orders shipping to a U.S. address.

out and complete the order
form. Fax the completed form to 1-541-552-1520.
Within
